Tutorial overview
The Power and I/O tutorial covered the basic hardware setup of the general purpose I/O points in sinking and sourcing configurations. This tutorial should be used in conjunction with that tutorial as it coveres the sofware configuration of the I/O points and using the I/O to trigger events within a program.

What you need:
- DC power supply
- Optional: +5 to +34 VDC Auxiliary supply
- +5 to +24 VDC I/O supply (if using sourcing outputs).
- Input and/or output devices
- Cabling: 22 AWG shielded twisted pairs for I/O, Shielded twisted pair for power, AWG determined by length and current.
